These cookies are more than just dessert! I love to have them as a quick breakfast, a snack in between or indulge them with some coffee. No added sugars, 3 simple ingredients plus some spices, and absolutely easy and quick to make :) I found them on a webpage and immediately fell in love. I couldn't not share them with you!

Ingredients:
150g Oats
150g Tahini
250g soft Dates
1 pinch Cardamom
1 pinch Cinnamon
1 pinch Vanilla Extract
1 pinch salt
(optional) Sesame for decoration
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a thick mass is created.
Using about 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie, place the shaped cookies on a baking dish (lined with baking paper if it is not a non-stick surface) and press down on them with a fork. The cookies should not be thicker than 0.5cm.
Bake for 10 minutes and leave to cool! Taste great when dipped into a glass of (plant-)milk :) Enjoy
