"Schneegestöber" (= snow flurry) is the best snowy winter dessert ever and it's so easy to make! It's a super light dessert made from quark, honey, berries and meringue. So simple but sure to get you those 'wows'.
Ingredients (6 Portions):
1kg Quark
4 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 pack Blueberries
1 pack Red Currant
1 pack Strawberries
1 pack mini Meringue
Some Mint for decoration
Method:
Mix the quark thoroughly with the maple syrup and spread evenly in a deep dish. Wash the berries and cut the strawberries into thin slices.
Layer the berries on top of the quark and crumble the meringue evenly over the dessert.
Place two whole meringues, some red currants and mint together for decoration. Spoons out and indulge!
