This is a recipe my big sister created. Flourless (and absolutely effortless) peanut butter cookies that will make you not ever want to have other cookies ever again. They're so gooey and tasty and, OMG, perfect for whatever, whenever. Absolutely in love with this recipe!
Ingredients:
250g Peanut Butter (unsalted and smooth)
100g Chocolate Chips (or chopped chocolate if you can't find chips)
70g Cane Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 pinch of fine salt
1 Egg
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Portion 1 tablespoon of dough and form into small round cookies. Using a fork you can push down on the dough balls into a more cookie-like shape and giving your cookies a typically homemade look.
Place in the oven for 12-14 minutes.
Give the finished cookies a good amount of time (at least 20 minutes) to cool off, as they will be very soft when fresh out of the oven.
Note: because there is no flour, the cookies will remain wonderfully gooey even after having completely cooled off, so don't worry if they seem to crumble. Makes them taste all the better!!
