Overnight Oats

If you have busy or early mornings, you can save some time by preparing your breakfast the evening before! Overnight oats are a real time saver, keep you satiated for a long while and have a lot of nutritious potential :)


Ingredients (1 portion):

  • 4-6 tablespoons Oats (Haferflocken)

  • 1 large tablespoon Chia Seeds

  • 1 large tablespoon Linseed

  • ~150ml (Almond) Milk


Toppings:

  • Cocoa nibs

  • Coconut chips

  • Apple

  • Banana

  • Almonds

  • Raisins

  • But there are no limits, so top it with whatever you want :)


Method:

In a bowl, mix the oats, chia- and linseeds. Add the milk: the oats and seeds should be fully covered in milk. Set into the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight. Top off with your favourite nuts, fruits and berries and then your overnight oats are ready to be your kickstart into the day :)
