Ingredients (1 portion):
4-6 tablespoons Oats (Haferflocken)
1 large tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 large tablespoon Linseed
~150ml (Almond) Milk
Toppings:
Cocoa nibs
Coconut chips
Apple
Banana
Almonds
Raisins
But there are no limits, so top it with whatever you want :)
Method:
In a bowl, mix the oats, chia- and linseeds. Add the milk: the oats and seeds should be fully covered in milk. Set into the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight. Top off with your favourite nuts, fruits and berries and then your overnight oats are ready to be your kickstart into the day :)
