This super delicious yogurt drink is perfect for the hectic or pre-gym mornings! Keeps you satiated for long while not being a gurgly mess in you stomach (doing sit-ups with food burps is not a good way to start off).
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Banana
1 Mandarin
200g Yogurt
Pinch of Cardamom
2-3 Ice Cubes
BLEND everything thoroughly and you're done! :)
