Summer is here and so are the BBQ parties! If you need something to bring along to one of those classic summer get-together dinners, then this pasta salad is just the right way to go! Who doesn't love pasta? And with some sweet dried tomatoes, savoury olives and feta cheese, any pasta can turn into a fresh salad to go alongside any BBQ dish!

Ingredients (4-6 people):
250g Pasta (uncooked weight)
1 can of green Peas
1 red Bell Pepper
Handful of fresh Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
1 package Feta Cheese
1 package Kalamata Olives
1 package sun-dried Tomatoes
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Method:
Cook the pasta, drain, and drizzle some olive oil over the top to prevent the pasta from sticking.
Drain the peas. Dice the vegetables, feta, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.
In a large bowl, combine the pasta with the ingredients and add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add Pepper to taste if you want to and that's already all there is to do ! So simple, so delicious!
