This recipe is also all about polenta cake but it is a little simpler and quicker to make than the previous one :) It has a subtle taste and is perfect to enjoy be enjoyed with fresh fruits and whipped cream!

Ingredients:
Zest and juice of 1 Orange (organic and untreated)
200g Polenta
100g ground Almonds
150g Honey
300g Yogurt
5 Eggs
150g melted Butter
Decoration:
Orange zest
ground Nuts (I used pistachio)
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slightly grease a cake pan and line with baking sheets.
Combine the orange zest, juice, polenta, almonds, honey, yogurt and eggs in a large bowl.
Add the butter and combine well.
Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for about 50-60 minutes until golden brown. When the cake has cooled off, you can sprinkle the decoration on top :) Best enjoyed with fresh fruits and whipped cream!
