As soon as the first warm summer days approach, and the fruits are finally sweet and ripe to eat, I celebrate the commencing of the sunny weather with a fruity salad to nourish body and soul and get rid of nasty winter remnants. Enjoy this sweet and savoury bliss!

Ingredients (for 1):
Salad (any type works fine)
Strawberries
Grapes
1/2 Avocado
50g Feta Cheese
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Pepper
Method:
Basically, just cut all ingredients to edible chunks and combine in a bowl.
Mix the olive oil and vinegar in a 2:1 ratio and pour the mixture over the salad and fruits.
Add some ground pepper and you're good to go :) !
