In the summer I love to have fresh foods, especially after a workout. This salad is great because it combines something sweet with the savoury yogurt dressing :)

Ingredients (1 person)
2 handful of Lamb's Lettuce (Feldsalat)
Cucumber
1 handful Cranberries and/or Raisins
6 Walnuts
1/2 Avocado
150g Sour Cream
~1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
Dash of Lemon Juice
A pinch of Salt & Pepper
Method
Wash the Salad and place it in a bowl.
Chop up the cucumber, avocado and walnuts into smaller chunks and add to the salad together with the cranberries.
Mix together the sour cream, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Squeeze in some lemon juice to taste and pour the dressing over the salad. Enjoy :D
