It's finally summer and I think there is no better snack to bring to the park than some homemade hummus, fresh veggies and crackers. So here is my take on this absolute classic dip! Enjoy :)

Ingredients:
1 can of Chickpeas
1 tbsp Tahini
1-2 Cloves of Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp of Salt
Water
(optional) 1 tsp Smoked Paprika spice
Method:
Drain the chickpeas, rinse with water, and dry them on some paper towels. For extra creamy hummus, roll the chickpeas between two layers of paper towels to remove the skin.
In a food processor, blend the (pealed) chickpeas, Tahini, garlic, olive oil, and salt (and optionally the smoked paprika spice) for about 1 minute and gradually add tablespoon by tablespoon of water until the hummus has your preferred consistency.
